SHIPPING

** Please note that due to Covid-19, orders are taking longer to arrive at their final destination due to the increased demand at the United States Postal Service

We happily ship all over the world! We are committed to you receiving your order as quickly as possible, so we endeavor to send your package within 3 business days of purchase.

Our North American orders are sent via the United States Postal Service. All other orders are sent via carriers on a case by case basis. If you would like to purchase Express shipping or insurance please contact us at hello@ladybarkleys.com prior to placing your order and we will send you a custom invoice.

Please note that we are not responsible for customs duty or brokerage fees on international orders. These will have to be paid by the customer where applicable.

PAYMENTS

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB, Discover, American Express and other platforms such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and Shop Pay.  If you would prefer to pay with a money order, check, or bank deposit, please send us an email to hello@ladybarkleys.com and we will send you a customized Tax Invoice with instructions. Orders will be dispatched when your payment has been received.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We take pride in the quality of our products and want our customers to be happy. If you're not satisfied for any reason please contact us at hello@ladybarkleys.com to inform us of you intention to return and/or exchange and we will send you an email outlining the process. We will refund your purchase price if the item is returned within 10 days in its original condition and packaging.

TAXES/GST

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and applicable taxes will be applied at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice. 

PRIVACY & SECURITY

We use the personal details that you provide to us in order to process your order and provide excellent customer service. You information will never be sold to third party providers.

We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website. Your credit card details are processed online through Shopify using the specific payment method that the customer choses during each transaction.

AVAILABILITY & BACKORDERS

We always endeavor to keep our stock up to date but there may be unusual circumstances where an item is out of stock.  If you order an item that is out of stock we will contact you to offer you a refund or discuss whether you would like to have the item placed on backorder.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
