We happily ship all over the world! We are committed to you receiving your order as quickly as possible, so we endeavor to send your package within 3 business days of purchase.
Our North American orders are sent via the United States Postal Service. All other orders are sent via carriers on a case by case basis. If you would like to purchase Express shipping or insurance please contact us at email@example.com prior to placing your order and we will send you a custom invoice.
Please note that we are not responsible for customs duty or brokerage fees on international orders. These will have to be paid by the customer where applicable.
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB, Discover, American Express and other platforms such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and Shop Pay. If you would prefer to pay with a money order, check, or bank deposit, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a customized Tax Invoice with instructions. Orders will be dispatched when your payment has been received.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We take pride in the quality of our products and want our customers to be happy. If you're not satisfied for any reason please contact us at email@example.com to inform us of you intention to return and/or exchange and we will send you an email outlining the process. We will refund your purchase price if the item is returned within 10 days in its original condition and packaging.

We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website. Your credit card details are processed online through Shopify using the specific payment method that the customer choses during each transaction.

AVAILABILITY & BACKORDERS
We always endeavor to keep our stock up to date but there may be unusual circumstances where an item is out of stock. If you order an item that is out of stock we will contact you to offer you a refund or discuss whether you would like to have the item placed on backorder.
